- Visa/Master card accepted without surcharge.
- For customers choosing to have their orders shipped, all credit cards will be verified. Should credit card be declined, so will be the order.
- You will receive a response email in a short period after we receive your order.
- Your credit card will be billed only at the time the item(s) are shipped.
- You will receive the tracking number by email when the item(s) have shipped.
- Total delivery time = Order processing time + Shipping time.
- Order processing time includes credit verification and time to pick and pack your order. If the merchandise is in stock, your order should leave our warehouse within 2 business days.
- Custom built systems require 2 business days assembling and testing time before shipping out.
- Processing time will be longer if shipping address is different from billing address.
- Customer is responsible for all freight charges on refused shipments.
- Orders must be cancelled before they were picked up from our suppliers. After this time, a 15% restocking fee will be applied and if the items have been shipped, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- RMA number is mandatory for all returns, you can get a RMA number with our online system.
- Defective items may be exchanged within 30 days of the purchase. you will be responsible for returning the item(s) to us and we will pay for the return shipping back to you once we verify the item(s) is defective.
- All prices are in Canadian Dollars.
- We are unable to ship outside of Canada.
- We do not cross-ship replacement merchandise under normal circumstances
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
