| RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA) |

- Based on Manufacturer's return policies, we may allow the return of certain products for credit for any reason under certain terms and conditions. There is a restocking fee 15% up to 50% for all accepted return items.
- All CPU/memory sales are final. CPUs/memory arriving DOA (Dead On Arrival) can only be returned for replacement and must be received within 7 days from the original invoice date.
- All other merchandise returns will be accepted, but must be received within 15 days of the original invoice date for credit.
- No returns on any software, media or some retail items which have been opened.
- All returns must be in resalable condition and include all original documentation, packaging, and accessories as well as a copy of the original invoice. All returns for credit will be assessed a minimum 15% restocking fee.
- Credit for returned merchandise will be based on the current selling price if price drop.
- Return merchandise must be shipped freight prepaid. Any returns shipped freight due or without a valid RMA # will be refused.
- RMA # must be clearly marked outside the shipping package.
- Defective products returned for repair after our service periods are better sent to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. (We do not pay return freight after our service periods)
- We do not do cross-ship. We must receive the defective product before shipping the replacement.
- Merchandise returned for repair found to be non-defective or which have been subjected to abuse, misuse, alteration, neglect, unauthorized repair or improper installation will be returned to the customer. A service charge of $30 as well as any applicable return shipping charges will be due upon receipt.
- Out of warranty repair will be $50/hour labor plus parts cost and return freight.
- To file for an RMA number, you have to login, go to order history page, select the order in question and file the RMA there. Wait for reception of an RMA number before returning any product. RMA numbers are valid for 14 days.
